Just wanted to post some pictures from a wonderful day out and about. Wendy and I went for a hike just outside of Folsom today and we took some nice pics. Afterward, we checked out a
99 Ranch Market, a new Chinese market in Sacramento where we ate some delicious dim sum and got some spicy and fishy snacks and supplies to make pad thai. Then we went get some Pho (amazing Vietnamese beef noodle soup) at
Saigon Restaraurant. Great Pho! Anyway, it was a wonderful day. I'm sure going to miss all the wonderful asian cuisines while in Ecuador!
